RETURNS

Returns with Shoreditch Boutique are simple and free. You can return any product to us within 28 days of receiving your item.  

Simply send an email to info@shoreditchboutique.com , and we'll send instructions and a free return shipping label to you. 

Please ensure that the goods are in the original condition, in the original packaging with all product labels & tags attached (as the item was shipped to you).

REFUNDS

The customer care team will process your return, and we will process the refund within 72 hours of us receiving your return.  Refund time to your accounts will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies, but this is usually credited within 3 to 5 working days.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please email to info@shoreditchboutique.com

CHRISTMAS 2019 RETURNS

At Shoreditch Boutique, we understand that items purchased in November or December may be for someone else as a pressie for Christmas therefore we have extended our returns policy over the festive period. Items purchased from 1st November 2019 can be returned to us up until 31st of January 2020.
